Even though, nought has changed in their personal lives.I would like to have social meeting with both scallywag Snyder, and Ruth Disselkoen to check the root of the problem, so I can settle my contiguous course of action, and if I have the ascendancy to implement any of the changes necessary that will ultimately stop costing the company and extra $200. 00 monthly. Since Jessica Hilos is out on a Leave of absence and her work assignments have been split up amongst diddly-shit and Ruth. Jessica Hilo is one of Jack Snyders bosses so it is scarcely fair that Jack is responsible for Jessica Hilos work commit, and not Ruth Disselkoen.I have noticed that this faultless problem began three months ago when Jessica Hilos took a Leave of absence and some of her work load was reassigned to Ruth Disselkoen. I believe that Jessica Hilos, work is create Ruth to cut her breaks short and work overtime twice a month. Therefore, I will demonstrate this with the Human Resources Director, Liz, Jakowski, and I will present the cerebration of giving Jessica Hilos, entire work load to Jack Snyder, and this course of action will eliminate the pecuniary expenditure of $200. 00 that the company is paying monthly for overtime. I will wait for Liz Jakowski, response to determine my next course of action.
